  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Receive a verification code via text message

  • Log in using your full network email (@monroecc.edu) and password, and complete any authentication prompts

Expected Result

The employee successfully sets up their MCC account, logs into the myMCC portal, and completes MFA registration, gaining full access to MCC systems.

Cause

New accounts must be manually activated by the user to establish a secure password and configure MFA. This ensures account security and verifies the user’s identity based on contact information provided during hiring.

Additional Information

  • The email or phone used must match what was provided to Human Resources
  • Verification details are also sent to the employee via personal email and mailed letter
  • The Authenticator app is the preferred MFA method for reliability and security
